1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use trueservicecenter.in or book a service with True Service Center (“we”, “us”). By booking a service or using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our services

We provide at-home inspection, repair and servicing of RO water purifiers, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines and microwave ovens in Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Nagpur and Jabalpur. Service availability depends on your area and technician schedules.

3. Booking and scheduling

You can book by phone, WhatsApp or the forms on our website. A booking is confirmed when we agree a visit time with you. Visit times are estimates and can change because of traffic, weather or an earlier job running long. We will tell you if we are delayed.

4. Visit charge and quotation

Our visit and diagnosis charge starts from ₹399. After checking the appliance, the technician will tell you the fault, the repair cost and the price of any spare part. Work begins only after you agree to the quote. If you decline the repair, the visit and diagnosis charge may still apply.

5. Payment

You pay after the repair is complete and the appliance is working, unless we agree otherwise before work begins. Please ask for a bill for every payment.

6. Spare parts and repairs

The technician will explain which parts need replacing and their price before fitting them. Some faults cannot be repaired economically or safely. In that case the technician will tell you and you can decide what to do. An old appliance may develop a new fault after repair that is unrelated to the work we did.

7. Warranty

Any warranty on parts or workmanship will be told to you by the technician before the repair and shown on your bill. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, water damage, pests, tampering or repairs by someone else.

8. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate contact details and a correct description of the problem.
• Make sure an adult is present to show the appliance and approve the quote.
• Provide safe access to the appliance, power and water supply where needed.
• Back up or remove valuables and personal items from the appliance before the visit.

9. Cancellation and rescheduling

Please tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or change a visit. Call 7869392020. If a technician has already reached your address and the visit cannot go ahead, the visit charge may apply.

10. Limits on our liability

We take care in our work, but to the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of food, loss of use or loss of income, or for faults that existed before our visit and were not part of the agreed repair. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be limited.

11. Brand names

We are an independent service provider. We are not an authorised service centre of any appliance brand unless we clearly say so. Brand names on this website, such as Kent, Aquaguard, LG, Samsung, Daikin, Voltas, Whirlpool, IFB and Bosch, belong to their owners and are used only to show which appliances we can repair. Using a non-authorised service provider may affect your manufacturer’s warranty, so please check your warranty terms before booking.

12. Using the website

The website is provided for information and to help you request a service. We try to keep it accurate, but prices, availability and other details may change. Please do not misuse the site, send false enquiries or try to interfere with its operation.

13. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date of your booking applies to that booking.
