Fridge questions, answered
Pricing, faults and what to expect.
How much does fridge repair cost?
The visit and diagnosis start at ₹399. After checking, the technician quotes the repair and any spare part price. Work starts only after you agree.
Why is my fridge not cooling?
Common causes are a faulty thermostat or fan motor, a gas leak, a compressor or relay fault, a worn door seal or a blocked vent. A technician checks each to find the cause.
Why is there so much ice in my freezer?
Heavy ice build-up usually points to a worn door gasket letting in warm air or a failed defrost heater or timer.
Is it normal for a fridge to make noise?
A soft hum is normal. Loud buzzing, rattling or clicking can mean a fan, compressor or relay problem and should be checked.
Does my fridge need gas refilling?
Refrigerant is sealed in and does not get used up. If it is low, there is a leak that must be found and repaired before refilling.
Do you repair all fridge types and brands?
Yes, single door, double door and side-by-side fridges of all major brands.
