1. Who we are
True Service Center (“we”, “us”) provides home appliance repair and service for RO, AC, fridge, washing machine and microwave in Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Nagpur and Jabalpur. Our registered office is at 39/4, Teela Jamalpura, near Gopal Mandir, Bhopal. This policy explains what personal information we collect through trueservicecenter.in, how we use it and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to arrange your service:
- Details you give us: your name, mobile number, city, appliance type and brand, a description of the problem, and any message you send through our forms, by WhatsApp or on a call.
- Technical details: the page you submitted from, the campaign or ad link that brought you (for example UTM and click ID values), and basic device and browser information.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see section 5.
3. How we use your information
- To call or message you and arrange a technician visit.
- To give you a quote and complete the repair.
- To answer your questions and handle complaints.
- To understand which pages and ads bring service requests, and to improve our website and services.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only where needed to provide the service:
- Our technicians and staff, so they can contact you and visit you.
- Service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries. Our online forms are processed by Web3Forms, and messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp. We use Google services for fonts, analytics and advertising measurement.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
5. Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, to measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may work less smoothly if you do.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and service records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle any follow-up or complaint, and meet legal and accounting requirements. After that we delete them or make them anonymous.
7. Your rights
Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, or delete it, and you may withdraw your consent to our use of it. 8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our services are meant for adults who own or manage the appliance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Links to other sites
Our pages may link to other websites, such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
